Aimee, Founder of online movement & mindset studio, Club Ryse, is devoted to helping women access & activate their power, strength & radiance through daily rituals & practices.

Through more than 15 years of healing her own relationship to her body, Aimee discovered & cultivated a daily practice that allowed her to thrive physically, change her mindset towards exercise, shift 15kgs of stagnant weight & finally feel at home in her skin.
